Cut Loose, Eat Well at Cadillac Ranch
With a name like Cadillac Ranch, you might expect this National Harbor restaurant to be fun, quirky and a little off-beat– and you’d be right. This local favorite has long been known for its rock-and-roll atmosphere, mechanical bull, and multiple bars. But even now, when Cadillac Ranch has reimagined itself as a take-out oriented eatery, there’s still quite a lot of fun to be had. The menu includes plenty of pub-style favorites like Texas hotwings, loaded fries, and burgers galore (seriously, the kitchen turns out half a dozen different burger varieties), as well as tasty tacos, BBQ, and good, old-fashioned root beer floats. Cadillac Ranch is also in the process of reopening for limited on-site dining (both indoors and on the patio). Be sure to visit the website and reserve your table before heading down, however, as this place is popular and can fill up fast.
