Southern Fare Gets a Modern Update at SUCCOTASH in National Harbor

Succotash is a traditional Southern dish that most people can recognize in an instant. Even so, its variations are endless, from chef to chef and through geographic destinations. SUCCOTASH, the National Harbor restaurant, recognizes that and makes it a part of their appeal: “Our ‘Succotash’ is special to us and we invite you to experience the South from our point of view.”

More specifically, that perspective is brought to life through Chef Edward Lee, who brings his experience with Southern cuisine together with his Korean heritage in the restaurant’s brunch, lunch, and supper menus.

Reviewers seem to agree that these efforts are successful.  “We really enjoyed our dinner, and the staff provided excellent customer service.  We’ll definitely return to Succotash,” writes Shandon B. “Everything we had was very good. I will be back on my next trip to the Harbor!” says Alanna G.

But, as glowing as these reviews are, you don’t need to take their word for it. Visit SUCCOTASH yourself to try customer favorites like the smoked chicken wings or fried green tomato salad. Whatever you choose for your meal, you’ll certainly be in for a treat.
