Toast a Special Occasion at Voltaggio Brothers Steak House

If the name “Voltaggio” sounds familiar, you’re probably a fan of Bravo’s Top Chef. Brothers Bryan and Michael Voltaggio have appeared on the popular show. Voltaggio Brothers Steak House is another one of their joint endeavors! The menu evokes their childhood in Maryland with ample amounts of seafood alongside the steaks.

For instance, you can start your meal with a seafood tower, Chesapeake Bay oysters, or a shrimp cocktail. Then enjoy the miso-braised cod seared on a cedar plank or the Maryland blue crab cakes topped with “beer-naise.” Prefer to savor some of the signature beef? The steak falls under three categories: USDA Prime, Creekstone dry-aged, and 44 Farms Texas cuts. From a seven-ounce filet to a massive 36-ounce tomahawk steak, there’s something sized for every appetite. Add sides like aged cheddar mac and cheese, mashed Yukon gold potatoes, or steak fries and house-made ketchup.
